I’ve been training at AI for the past 5 years, and the support and dedication you receive from all the coaches/staff is what sets it apart from other gyms. During this time, I have been able to achieve a lot of my strength and mental goals making me a better athlete and more importantly a better person. I’m grateful for everything AI has done for me as an athlete during my football career thus far, and I can’t thank the team enough!
