About Kaitlyn Beaton 

Kaitlyn is a skilled remedial therapist with a unique approach that combines soft tissue therapy and movement to help patients achieve optimal recovery and performance. With extensive experience treating a diverse range of clients – ranging from elite athletes to those suffering chronic pain, elderly individual, and people with disabilities, Kaitlyn is passionate about helping everyone reach their full potential. 

With a strong background in athletics, volleyball, and football, Kaitlyn understands the demands of pushing the body to its limits. She is dedicated to supporting individuals through any challenge whether it’s overcoming injury, managing back pain, or improving overall mobility. 

Kaitlyn has also developed keen interest in myofascial release, Pilates, and more therapeutic techniques. Specialising in myofascial release, she incorporates dry needling, muscle energy techniques (MET), and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching into her treatments for a comprehensive and personalised approach. 

In addition to her remedial therapy work, Kaitlyn is a Pilates instructor. With over 9 years of experience working with the body and more than 6 years of personal Pilates practice, Kaitlyn discovered the powerful benefits of Pilates after experiencing a lower back injury.
