Ironman Triathlon Programs
All triathlon-specific programs include swim, bike, and run sessions, including strength training and a race day hydration and nutrition plan. Programs run for 10-24 weeks depending on experience, current fitness level and distance of race. The subscription is ongoing until you email us to suspend, however we encourage you to use our aerobic base building program’s before the plan starts or post-race programs to recover properly. limited to 2 athletes at any one time, per distance.
For all athletes who subscribe, please note Training Peaks is included in the subscription pricing, saving you $15 a month. All athletes will need a proper smart watch, smart trainer and heart rate strap for best results and most effective use of programs. This is to ensure chronic training load can be properly measured, reducing the risk of overuse injury’s and improving your longevity in the sport. It also allows your coach (me) to make an informed decision about your training plan as you progress to your goal race.
