Strength & Power OR Fitness

Choose between a tailored program to increase your strength and power, OR fitness. You may want to do a local fun run or small triathlon, or want to focus on increasing muscle size & strength.

Your program will be available through the Train Heroic app so you can log your progress, access videos of prescribed exercises, and contact your coach all in one place. Your coach will contact you within 2 business days of subscribing to go through your goals and training experience.

** You can cancel your subscription at any time, to do so please email info@athleticinstitute.com.au with your name and program.
