Running Plans
Whether you’re aiming for a personal best, tackling a new distance, or simply seeking to enhance your running performance, our program will help you safely progress your training to successfully reach your running goals. You’ll receive as many running session as you need depending on training experience, plus proper structured strength training to mitigate injuries and improve running economy.
Your program will be available through the premium version of Training Peaks. Seamlessly integrated into our coach methodology, we utilise the data-driven insights to optimise your performance. To ensure accurate measurement of your chronic training load/wellness, you will be required to use a performance watch (i.e. Garmin, Polar etc.), and a chest heart rate strap before subscribing to our plans. A wrist heart rate alone is not as accurate during intense exercise.
