Coach Chris has designed a hypertrophy program specifically targeting muscle growth and strength, challenging the body with the knowledge he has gained over his 15 years in the fitness industry. Having been a state-level body builder, Chris knows what it takes to get your body to a high level. This program follows a progressive design, with emphasis changes every 5 weeks; allowing you to make constant progress and take the guesswork out of your training.
