Harry’s experience as a national swim coach, exercise scientist and athletes makes him a serious asset to your training arsenal. He’s competed heavily in CrossFit for many years, has coached some of our country’s best swimmers, including a recent athlete who made the Australian Olympic Team. He knows exactly what it take to perform at a high level, if that sounds like something you want, reach out.
