Strength, Power & Fitness

These programs include all strength, power and fitness sessions. You may want to complete a local 1/2 marathon, or just focus on all areas of your training. This is perfect for those wanting to get stronger and fitter.

Your program will be available through the Train Heroic app so you can log your progress, access videos of prescribed exercises, and contact your coach all in one place. Your coach will contact you within 2 business days of subscribing to go through your desired outcomes and training experience.
