Your program will be available through the premium version of TrainingPeaks. Seamlessly integrated into our coach methodology, we utilise the data-driven insights to optimise your performance.

To ensure accurate measurement of your chronic training load, you will be required to wear a training watch such as Garmin, Polar etc;. and a heart rate strap before subscribing to our plans. A wrist heart rate alone is not accurate during exercise.
