Strength/Power Performance Programs
Design by Owner Corey Green, these strength & power performance programs are designed for current professional or aspiring professional athletes. These programs are designed for athletes during their competition period or during off-season, this does not include conditioning. Corey has a masters degree in strength & conditioning, is a performance nutritionist and has over 16-years of industry experience. He has coached multiple professional athletes in sports such as AFL, Golf, Swimming, Triathlon & more. Programs can be done from anywhere in the world on smart phone. limited to 3 athletes at any one time.
If you don’t want an individually designed program, you can opt for a predesigned template which will give you good guidance. Suitable for those who need a little help, or experienced training looking for a well needed change up. These are “set & forget programs” and have no modifications or coaching involved, however you can adjust yourself in training app. These are $20 less per week.
