AFL Off-Season Performance Program
This all encompassing Australian Rules program is design for semi-professional & professional footballers looking to gain the competitive edge. The program includes all strength & power sessions, all running & cross training sessions, and a full nutrition plan geared towards you desired outcome. Corey has built athletes from the ground up in preparation for the professional level, and the results speak for themselves. With over 16-years of industry experience, a masters degree in strength & conditioning and being a qualified performance nutritionist, there will be no stone unturned to get the most out of your asset (i.e. your body) in lead up to your next season.
This subscription includes access to all training apps (Smartabase, train heroic and Training peaks), and an initial video chat via Microsoft Teams to outline expectations and athletes desired outcomes. Some of the professional athletes Corey has worked with Include Jack Darling (WCE), Conner West (WCE), Elijah Hewett (WCE), Josh Rotham (WCE), Heath Chapman (FD), Alex Witherden (WCE) and many more. limited to 3 athletes at any one time.
Once the off-season is completed and you want to continue on, cancel this subscription and then subscribe to the “Strength/Power Program” for strength sessions geared towards pre-season/in-season lifting.
