Off-Season Packages

As professional athletes, you know how important off-season training is. It’s the time you should dedicate to building your performance as well as working on your body to ensure you’re in peak physical shape and fitness. But what exactly should you be doing? What exercises should you be performing, when and for how long?

Unfortunately, many athletes are on their own once the season ends and without the right tools and information available, it is hard to get the professional help you need during this time. 

Athletic Institute Founder and Current Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the WAFL West Perth Football Club, Corey Green understands the difficulty for athletes to get the best training off-season and has created high-performance, all-purpose athletic development programs.

These programs include a nutrition plan, specific strength work, BSc supplements, and mentoring to ensure you are at your mental and physical peak come the start of the new season.

Each program is designed to help you increase lean muscle mass, shred body fat (or both), as well as increase strength/speed to improve your acceleration capacities, and of course, reduce injuries.

*All supplement packages are batch tested and safe for athletes to use. They will be shipped directly to you, but please allow 2-4 days for deliveries to eastern states (plus potential delay due to COVID-19) and shipping costs will be an additional $10-30.

Corey is currently a 2 x Ironman Athlete, he played Aussie Rules for 13-years but has also competed in Powerlifting & Body Building.
